		<description>Hmm, there does seem to be something of a feedback loop going on here, which is generating loads of automatic Twitters telling me that you've been fiddling with old blog posts from 2002/2003 and stuff.  Unfortunately, there are so many that they fill up my Twitter "what your friends are doing" page to the extent that I'm losing fairly recent updates from other people.  So I've had to remove you as a Twitter friend for the time being.  Sorry!  Nothing personal!</description>
