ISPs are trying to block data from P2P networks (it accounts for over one third of all traffic). Programmers have already found a way around this by encrypting the torrents. File sharing cannot be stopped.

*they* still don't get it do they? they're not going to sell very many high speed broadband packages if all you can do with it - is look at crappy streamed video and download ordinary webpages a little bit faster.
