I had not set foot in a movie theatre since last summer, and now I have been twice in the last four days. Mini-reviews:

One of Dr B.'s mates has put the whole gang on the guest list for Shaun & Joe tonight. This particular mate is well known for getting thrown out of almost all the venues we went to. Last time the reason was "wearing the venue's soft furnishings".

There used to be a "catch-all" email address connected to this site, and although I took great care in trying to hide it from address-harvesting bots (codes to replace characters, and an image rather than a text link), I got spammed, perhaps not hugely (about 30 emails per day), [...]

Yesterday I overcame weeks of hesitation and proudly came out to my line manager over a couple of lunchtime pints at the pub.
