It's day 46 in the Big Brother house that is the office I work in.
My contract was going to last until the website went live, which was supposed to be yesterday, but it's been postponed to next Tuesday. Not my fault, I would like to point out. As Dr B. and I are leaving tomorrow for a long weekend in Italy and won't be back until Tuesday night, this morning I asked Big Brother if I should clear my desk by close of play today. Big Brother replied "Oh. Didn't your agency get in touch with you?" I said "No" Big Brother said "Well, they will. And it's good news." I do not want to see too much into this, but if by any chance my contract is extended I'll be rather pleased. Oh what the heck who am I kidding? I'll be the happiest MF in sunny London today!Update: my contract has been extended until 14th May. I do not know yet if there are going to be any evictions today or if the team stays the same. Will probably board my flight with a mighty hangover tomorrow. I don't suppose Ryanair hands out complimentary Bloody Marys?

Ryanair can't even be bothered to provide free wheelchairs for people who need them. I'd be surprised if they stretch to alcohol…
