Over the last couple of months three different friends mentioned Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking to me, reporting how a few friends of theirs had stopped after reading it.

I read it in 1998 and used some of its instructions to quit smoking in 2003. I guess it works. Eventually.

My keyboard has stopped letting me type the letters g and h, the characters < and >, and use the backspace and arrow keys. All the g, h, etc. that you can see in this post have been copied and pasted from other documents. My apologies if I missed a few.
