I knew someone was going to comment on it - I just could not find an antonym for "reformed".

Ooops - Got the statement correct but it actually means that the gas is more soluable at lower temperatures. A frozen can probably goes everywhere because the partialy frozen water has expanded, thus increasing the pressure in the can.
