Dear Anne and Anthony,

Just a quick note to say thanks for the recipe.

I cooked it for my (Italian) partner who, despite an almost addictive obsession with bread, hasnever tried bread and butter pudding. This is the
first time that I've cooked it and it turned out perfectly.

I would like to draw your attention to one mistake on the web page: 'You should get a minimum of 12 portions to this recipe.' : We found that it only served two! - my partner has a similarly flawed recipe for tiramisù!
