Of course, I should have seen it coming, there's no question about it: I missed yet another deadline, this time concerning submissions to Chig's "50 Number Ones" project. My sole excuse is that I go through the internet with a clock in front of me ticking away and it sounds like "this is costing you one pound an hour, one pound an hour", or "two pounds an hour" depending on when I go and check my mail & do my jobsearch & send off CVs & read my favourite weblogs (not necessarily in that order, I must confess).

    I'm sorry you missed the deadline - it would have been good to have you(!) Black Box would have appreciated a few points from the Italian jury too!
