According to ACORN (A Classification Of Residential Neighbourhoods) I'm soon moving into a Gentrified Multi-Ethnic Area, thus joining 1% of the population.
These neighbourhoods are concentrated almost exclusively in London, particularly Inner London. Typical locations would be Wandsworth, Hammersmith, Lewisham and Ealing. People in this ACORN Type are young, often single and cosmopolitan.
